You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Folify. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only for unused portions of annual plans.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Folify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
